Marketplace Coordinator

Job Summary

The Marketplace Coordinator completes various steps in the NexRep Sourcing process daily and identifies and invites qualified independent Marketplace Contractors from the sourcing pool to provide services via the NexRep Marketplace Platform to NexRep’s clients.

Essential Functions

• Review and evaluate potential incoming marketplace contractors  
• Make outbound calls to schedule qualified contractors for phone assessments
• Conduct phone assessments to gauge contractors’ skills and qualifications to determine if they meet client’s needs
• Use client guidelines to qualify contractors and offer marketplace opportunities
• Represent the NexRep Marketplace in a positive and upbeat manner when speaking to candidates on the phone
• Participate in regular team meetings as necessary to stay up-to-date on company and client policies and procedures
• Adhere to client KPI expectations and communicate regularly with the Sourcing Manager or Associate Sourcing Manager
• Communicate with contractors via email as necessary in a timely manner.  
• Perform other duties not outlined above as needed

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Web browsers (Google Chrome, etc.)
• Strong communications skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask
• Good time management skills
• Must be a team player and willing to take on special projects from time to time

Hours & Travel

Available hours are between 8:00 AM and midnight seven days a week with core hours between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM ET. No travel required.
