A letter from NexRep CEO, Teddy Liaw

Teddy Liaaw

To our NexRep community and all people affected by the COVID-19 pandemic,

On behalf of all NexRep employees, I want to let you know that our thoughts are with you. We, like you, are hopeful things will take a turn for the better in the coming days.

Over the last 12 years, NexRep’s mission has been to make good work-from-home opportunities accessible to US residents, and to equip customer care organizations with a high-performing, flexible, and cost-effective network of US-based agents.

As we try to navigate this new world ushered in by the pandemic, which has forced people into their homes and out of work, we’re more committed to our mission than ever before.

The entire team at NexRep is working tirelessly to sustain opportunities for our current network of independent contractors, to create new opportunities for the many Americans now finding themselves in need, and to help keep US companies operational.

  • Companies need to find new ways of doing business in this particularly challenging time. As our clients are forced to send employees home or change the way they operate, they’re turning to NexRep for guidance and added support. We will not let them down.
  • As brick & mortar centers shutter their doors, the agents who head home without a paycheck need a new plan. We’re doing everything we can to find them a work-from-home opportunity within the NexRep Marketplace.
  • The millions of Americans of who may soon be or already are out of work, may be in search of a new way to support themselves and their families. It’s unlikely that NexRep will be able to find opportunities for them all, but that doesn’t mean we won’t try.

If your company is among the many wondering how you’ll continue to support your customers, please know that we will do everything we can to help you get through this. If you’d like to talk, please head over here to get the conversation started.

If you’ve recently found yourself out of work and need a new way to support yourself and your family, please give us a chance to help. Click here to join the NexRep Marketplace as an independent contractor.

We can get through this if we all work together.

I wish you all safety, health, and continued hope in the days ahead.

Teddy
