Our security

NexRep has a Security and Confidentiality Policy which all employees and independent contractors are required to follow. This policy includes protection of all personally identifiable information (PII) and any information related to delivery of services on behalf of the client. All client information is segregated and NexRep employs a principle of minimal privilege for access to this information. Agents complete compliance training at the onset of certification. This includes PCI and any industry-specific compliance training. Training is done in a small ~20 person per class setting, with a lead instructor. We do NOT do self-help or self-paced compliance training. Additionally, NexRep’s CCaaS platform, provided by Five9, is PCI-DSS compliant.
