Job Summary

As a Certification Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, format, and final course curriculum for all of the certification courses at NexRep. You will manage a group of Certification Specialists to develop their skill set and implement best practices across all of our certification courses, ensuring each course is comprehensive and engaging. Success will be measured by agent satisfaction, new agent success and achievement rates, and new agent quality as they come out of a class.


Essential Functions
  • Manage a team of Certification Specialists.
  • Coach and develop new and existing Certification Specialists to strengthen the team and their productivity.
  • Identify gaps in current courses and work with Certification Specialists to optimize the content, flow, and format so that new agents enter supported production with confidence and strong program knowledge.
  • Ensure there is consistency across programs in how agent certification is approached, including key concepts that apply across programs being taught the same.
  • Build and implement processes for program launches as it pertains to certification (i.e. Train the Trainer agenda, checklist of certification materials to request from clients, etc.).
  • Plan and implement processes for ongoing agent education after they have graduated from certification.
  • Work with cross functional teams to understand where current certification gaps are; then create and execute a plan to improve.
  • Observe classes and provide feedback to facilitators to increase agent engagement and the overall experience.
  • Work with internal team to determine what content can be delivered through self-paced modules and what should be delivered in a classroom environment.

Position Requirements
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • 5+ years of education experience (preferably with adult learners)
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple projects at once
  • Mastery skills at creating presentations and education content (examples will be requested)
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to coach effectively and work with a wide variety of personalities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Hours & Travel

Some weekend, evening or holiday hours may be required to meet client needs. Travel to our All Hands meetings will be required a couple times per year when business travel and in-person meetings resume post-COVID.

COVID-19 Considerations: This position is presently remote, but we are seeking someone in the Salt Lake City area to join our growing cohort in Salt Lake.
