Job Summary

This key position in the Client Services Department will assume many of the day-to-day direct response responsibilities, crucial to the success of our business. It will also be responsible to set-up clients and campaigns in the needed systems efficiently and effectively, while making the confidential handling of client’s proprietary information and business goals foremost in the process. Speed, accuracy and accountability are crucial attributes for any candidate, plus an ability to work collaboratively and swiftly to produce the most accurate and reliable output.


Essential Functions

Client/Campaign Setup

  • Setup clients and campaigns in NexRep systems
  • Setup clients and campaigns in third party platforms (basic setup)
  • Manage setting up clients and campaigns in third party platforms (main contact for vendor)
  • Work with Word/Excel documents to convert into NexRep standard formats
  • Setup Client Reporting Third Party Offers (TPOs)
  • Setup TPOs in NexRep systems
  • Manage Platform Vendor in setting up TPOs; Finder Files: Receive finder files from client and load into Third Party Platform; Orders (SKUs/TPOs)
  • Using existing system to lookup the status of Orders, TPOs and SKUs; Toll-Free Number Management
  • Assign new toll-free numbers for clients
  • Track toll free number counts for clients
  • Track toll free number availability and notify IT when additional toll-free numbers need to be ordered

Client Inquiries

  • Use NexRep internal systems and outside third-party platforms to answer ad-hoc inquiries from clients; Client Projects
  • Communicate with and manage internal departments to deliver special projects requested by the client
  • Communicate with clients via phone or email in a timely and professional manner

Position Requirements
  • Strong and proven organizational and project management skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to communicate by phone and email with all clients in a professional, precise manner and maintain this demeanor during the most challenging and stressful circumstances
  • Outstanding logic and quantitative skills
  • Demonstrated aptitude to learn new software systems
  • Demonstrated Excel skills
  • Ability to bring a honed sense of urgency and judgement to the position
  • Prioritization skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or equivalent work experience required
  • Ability to work from a home office effectively and efficiently

Hours & Travel

The selected candidate will work remotely from their home or home office in the Salt Lake City area and will on occasion be asked to attend company conferences and meetings in Portland, Maine. NexRep pays all travel, food and lodging costs for this required meeting.
