NexRep is looking for energetic, friendly, articulate, self-directed customer care professionals who can think on their feet and provide excellent care for one of our fastest growing Customer Care campaigns. You will answer inbound customer call and some of the duties include, answering product questions, promote customer retention and save the sales, assist with replacing missing parts, place new orders and provide tracking information. You’ll be multi-tasking in cloud-based applications on your computer to access customer and client information resulting in resolution of customer issues; you will also transfer customers to a supervisor/tier 2 agent and third party agents. Your commitment to providing the best and most professional customer service will be important when representing this brand. This opportunity allows you to invoice for your services at $10 per hour of available and ready time. Monday- 9a-8p EST
Tuesday- 9a-8p EST
Saturday- 9a-5p EST
